The Innisfail Pro Rodeo is on this week, June 11-15, at the Daines Ranch. The Rodeo Parade is Saturday morning @ 10:30. Kick it off with the Pancake Breakfast @ the Legion 7:00 - 9:00 am.

2. STEPHANSSON HOUSE PROV. HISTORIC SITE
Be our guest at the home of "Poet of the Rocky Montains", the peaceful homestead where the renowned Stephan G. Stephansson farmed by day and wrote by night. 3. HISTORIC MARKERVILLE CREAMERY
The Markerville Creamery Museum is a glimpse into the past of this scenic Icelandic settlement. Built in 1902 and restored to its 1932 appearance, the Creamery remains the "Hub" of this tiny community. Costumed interpreters offer guided tours during the spring and summer season. 4. DICKSON DAM INTERPRETIVE CENTRE
The damsite overlooking the Red Deer River valley offers an information display, numerous viewpoints, beautifully landscaped picnic areas, and some great fishing holes.

Experience the beauty of Central Alberta in a leisurely drift down the Red Deer River.

6. DAINES RODEO RANCH

8. ANTHONY HENDAY CAMPGROUND

9. DR. GEORGE / KEMP HOUSE
A registered provincial historic site built in 1893 by Dr. and Barbara George. Dr. George was the surgeon for the North West Mounted Police. Mrs. George designed the Alberta provincial crest. The home also housed the province's first natural museum before becoming Katy Jane's home and boarding house.
